Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Clients Only)
If the Client is a consumer within the meaning of applicable EU law, they may cancel the contract within 2 days of activation without stating a reason. If the Client explicitly requests service activation before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, a proportional charge may apply based on usage until the cancellation date.
General Refund Terms
a) All fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annually).
b) No refunds are issued for unused portions of an active billing period once the service has been activated and used beyond the withdrawal period.
c) Clients may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges.
Service Credits
In cases of significant service downtime not attributable to force majeure, scheduled maintenance, or third-party failures, BlastVPS may issue service credits at its sole discretion. Service credits are not equivalent to refunds and can only be applied toward future billing cycles.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Service termination due to non-payment or breach of contract.
- Client-initiated cancellation after the withdrawal period has expired.
- Data loss or service issues caused by client actions or misconfigurations.
- Dedicated Servers, Web Hosting services, and Account Credits are strictly non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible withdrawal period, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and order information. Refund requests must be submitted within the 2-day withdrawal period from the date of service activation.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days and credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Policy Updates
BlastVPS reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
